Abstract

Objective:To compare and observe the clinical effects of laser and LEEP in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods:312 cases with CIN were divided into LEEP group and laser group from January 2007 to October 2009,156 cases in each group, the clinical effects and the situations during and after operation were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:The cure rate in LEEP group was significantly higher than that in laser group(P0.05),but there was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P0.05).The amount of blood loss during operation, the amount of blood loss because of eschar falling off after operation and the operation time in LEEP group were significantly lower than those in laser group(P0.05).Conclusion:The cure rate of LEEP is higher than that of laser, and LEEP has shorter operation time, fewer blood loss during and after operation, which is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
