Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical results of all-ceramic inlays for restoration of posterior teeth defects of 166 cases.Method:Evaluate the effects of all-ceramic inlays and composite resin inlays in posterior.Result:Through three years clinical observation,edge chromatosis and secondary caries and anatomic shape and color shade of the all-ceramic inlays is better than composite resin inlays.Conclusion:All-ceramic posterior inlays have a practical value on clinic.
