Abstract
Traffic demand management provides method to solve the traffic problems,which can bring about benefits in economy,society and environment.The traffic problems are different in different cities and areas,therefore it can be seen that detailed measures should be set down according to the situation of each city.Only in this way can traffic demand management become an effective means to solve city traffic problems.
