Abstract
Nine 3-(substituted phenyl)uracil derivatives were synthesized,and their structures were confirmed by IR,MS and 1H NMR.Research indicated that most of the compounds showed high herbicidal activities against Abutilon theophrasti,Amaranthus ascedense and Chenopodium album.Some of them possessed high activities against Digitaria sanguinalis,Echinochloa crus-galli and Setaria viridis.Especially,at the dosage of 25 g a.i./ha,the compound 3-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-6-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione possessed 100% lethality rate against Abutilon theophrasti,Amaranthus ascedense and Chenopodium.
