Abstract
Objective To explore the early emotional intervention method for patients with cerebral infarction and ana lyze its clinical effect for cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-two patients after cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group received the emotional intervention method and the control group received simple medication,psychological nursing and auxiliary functional exercise guidance.The changes of sleeping function of the two groups after the treatment were compared.And the general hospital anxiety and depression self-rating scale was used to evaluate the anxiety and depression.Results After the intervention,the observation group had significantly lower ratio of sleep disorders than the control group(P 0.05) and significantly lower anxiety score and depression score than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of early emotional intervention in patients with cerebral infarction,emphasis on patients' mental health and improvement of patients' limb function and sleep quality can effectively reduce the occurrence of anxiety and depression
