Comprehensive nursing intervention and prognosis of anxiety and depression in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety and depression in patients with cerebral infarction treatment of the disease. Methods 90 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital were divided into intervention and control groups,the control group received conventional drug therapy,another intervention group to undertake a comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis,after February were observed before and after the intervention on anxiety and depression improvement and healing effect. Results After the implement of nursing,the anxiety and depression state of observation group were significantly lighter than control group( P 0. 01),the conditions of neurological function deficit was marked better than control group( P 0. 01).Conclusion Reasonable comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with cerebral infarction could improve their anxiety and depression significantly,it has positive clinical significance.
