Research and Exploration on the Teaching Staff Construction of Applied Graduate Universities

The talent is the foundation of establishing university and the source of strengthening university.One university's development level,talent cultivation quality and sustainable development ability largely depends on the overall quality of its teaching staff.Meanwhile,different university running orientations and cultivation objectives pose different requirements on the connotation of teaching staff construction.In order to realize the talent cultivation objective of applied graduate universities,continuously improve teaching quality and talent cultivation quality and build a teaching staff team corresponding to its university running orientation is one of the problems that urgently need to be solved by applied graduate universities.Based on the analysis of the characteristics,current status and existing problems of applied graduate universities' teaching staff,this paper proposes the basic ideas and concrete measures of the teaching staff construction in order to promote the sustainable development of applied graduate universities by constructing excellent teaching staff.
