Abstract

Based on the aim of higher education and combined with the status quo of humanism competence in engineering colleges, this paper expounds the importance of humanism education in engineering colleges, discusses the concrete way of improving it-humanism construction of the teachers, pay attention to the form and the way, improve the strength during the education process, and protrude the effect of traditional culture. Colleges should put the emphasis on educating students with great ideal, wide knowledge and deep culture.
