Abstract

The percentage use of literatures cited by authors in their articles from scientific and technical journals is analysed on basis of sample investigation of three universaties′ journals. It is shown, that scientific and technical journals are the most important information resources. The factors, which affect the use of information resources of journals,are discussed. A method of developing information resources of journals to serve teaching and scientific research is presented.
