Elementarily talking about the claim for the Limited time for project construction

Since long-term, the management of construction project claim is not paid enough attention in our country. After China joins WTO, the claim cases in international project contract market become more and more, while they are not so much in domestic project building market, and the legal benefit of contractor can't be compensated. In this paper, the reasons for the claim in common project and calculation method are discussed in detail through project example and it has very strong practice meaning.
