Deliberative Democracy Theory and Political System of China

As a new democratic theory which came into existence in the late 20th century western society,deliberative democracy has promoted public understanding of democracy.Party is an essential basis of modern democracy and plays an important role in legislation and decision-making,so theory of deliberative democracy is bound to involve political parties and party system.Though Party System in contemporary China can’t proceed by the way of western Deliberative Democracy,it can acquire knowledge and improved from it.
