Inner-Party Democracy Building of Chinese Communist Party in the Perspective of Deliberative Democracy

Deliberative democracy and inner-party democracy are both hot topics in academic circle.This paper summarizes,the consultation demonstrated the existence of democracy and the common inner-party democracy based on the theory of deliberative democracy within the party explained the profound meaning,and reveals its theoretical and practical value on the inner-party democracy building.Although deliberative democracy is not the only path to democracy within the party,the advance of democracy within the party can no doubt draw on some reasonable aspects of it.Specifically,that is,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,to uphold the principle of democratic centralism,to take the people's interests as the highest value to pursue,to learn the useful elements from deliberative democracy conforming to the party's and national conditions and the development of socialist democratic politics,to promote the new great project of the party building in the spirit of reform and innovation.
