Nursing and conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for acute phase of chronic pulmonary heart disease

Abstract

Objective To conclude the clinical efficacy of nursing and conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for acute phase of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 310 cases with chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into control group(103 cases) with western medicine for treatment and general care and treatment group(207 cases) with conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and nursing.The effect of the two group was observed.Result The total efficiency of 94.69% in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of 81.55% in the control group.Conclusion Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and nursing show significant effect on the chronic pulmonary heart disease in acute phase.
