Abstract
The absorption rate and desorption rate of flavone were taken as indexes to determine the absorption and desorption ability of 10 types of macroporous resin on flavone from persimmon leaves.The result shows that the NKA-2 macroporous resin has good absorbing and desorbing effect.The purification conditions of NKA-2 macroporous resin were optimized,and the optimum conditions were as follows: the liquid concentration was 4 mg/mL(pH=3),the injection rate was 2 BV/h,the sample volume was 5 BV;eluted with 70% of alcohol of 6BV at the speed of 2 BV/h.After purified by NKA-2 macroporous resin,the flavonoids from persimmon leaves is up to 52%,which is purified by 33.8%.
