Application effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol in the prevention and treatment of uterine contraction pain after painless artificial abortion

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol in the prevention and treatment of uterine contraction pain after painless artificial abortion. Methods 400 women needed to terminate pregnancy from March 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,200 cases in each group.The control group was given propofol,the experimental group was given flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol.The effect of analgesia,postoperative VAS score and vital signs in two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of analgesia between two groups(P0.05).The VAS score at 10,15 and 30 min after operation in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of HR and DBP after operation between two groups(P0.05). Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol has no inhibitory action on central nervous,with good analgesic effect,and has good preventive effect in uterine contraction pain,especially for the short operation clinic of primary hospital,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
