Abstract

[Objective] To evaluate the effect of flurbiprofen axetil preperfusion on anesthesia with propofol in artificial abortion operation. [Methods] In the double blind study,160 ASAⅠ~Ⅱ patients undergoing artificial abortion operation were equally randomized to two groups with 80 patients in each group. In group A,the patients were preperfused with 10ml fat emulsion placebo before anesthesia induction, while in group B the patients preperfused with 10ml flurbiprofen axetil. Propofol was used for anesthesia induction in both groups. The analgesia and postoperation uterine contraction pain were recorded and mean arterial pressure (MAP),heart rate in the time points of T0,T2,T3,T3 were monitored. Total dose of propofol, anesthestic recovery time and the adverse reaction were compared between two groups. [Results] At time T3,MAP and HR were higher in group A compared with those in group B (P﹤ 0.05). The effect of analgesia during operation in group B was superior than group A. Post-operation uterine contraction pain in group B was less than that of group A. Average dose of propofol in group B was less than that in group A. The adverse reactions including vomiting and headache between two groups were not significantly different. [Conclusion] The injection of flurbiprofen axetil can reduce the amount of propofol needed in the operation, strengthen the effect of analgesia and reduce uterine contraction pain without the increase anesthetic recovery time and adverse reactions.
