Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of fluvastatin on the treatment of hyperlipemia. Methods:Fifty patients with hyperlipemia were treated with fluvastatin 40 mg,once a day.TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were detected after 6 weeks. Results:After treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C were decreased 10.9%,39.6% and 28.2%,respectively.Otherwise,HDL-C increased 0.24±0.09 mmol/L.there was significant difference between pre-and post-treatment(P0.05).Conclusion:Fluvastatin was safe and effective for hyperlipemia.
