Abstract

[Objective]To search for the method used in enriching total flavones in Sarcandra glabra by macroporous adsorption resin,12 types of macroporous adsorption resin were optimized.[Methods]The static absorption ratios and elution ratios of total flavones in Sarcandra glabra by different types of macroporous adsorption resin were compared,the product puriy and yield of total flavones by the HPD-600 resin were calculated with different concentrations of ethanol.[Results]The recovery rate and purity of flavones by HPD-600 resin were 86.56% and 68.7%.[Conclusion]The HPD-600 type macroporous adsorption resin shows better comprehensive adsorption property,it is available for the enrichment of total flavones in Sarcandra glabra.
