Abstract
[Objective]To search the optimal macroporous adsorption resin for purifying total flavones in Sarcandra glabra.[Methods]The static absorption ratios and elution ratios of total flavones in Sarcandra glabra by 12 types of macroporous adsorption resin were compared, the HPD-600 resin was eluted with ethanol of different concentration the purity and yield of total flavones were calculated. [Results]The recovery rate and purity of flavones by HPD-600 resin were 87% and 68%. [Conclusion]The HPD-600 type macroporous adsorption resin shows better comprehensive adsorption property, which is available for the isolation and purification of total flavones in Sarcandra glabra.
