On Analytic Hierarchy Process of Selecting Supplier

Selecting suppliers in a scientific way is foundation and guarantee of efficient company operation as well as the key to make the supply chain efficient and the enterprise competitive.Through analysis on Index Evaluation System of Suppliers,this paper proposes the ways of application of AHP method for selecting suppliers more efficiently.The specific gravity of price,product quality and service as well as relevant policy and supply ability of suppliers have been considered in this method,which will be feasible in practical application.
