Research on the Management of Supplier Selection and Stock Strategies Based on Classification of Enterprise Materials

Aiming at the disadvantages of current evaluation index system of supplier,it is proposed to start from the classification of enterprise materials and then classify suppliers accordingly.Corresponding selection index systems for different kinds of suppliers are established and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to choose the best suppliers.Then the comprehensive value and order for each supplier in terms of the evaluation index are quantificationally acquired.Finally,linear programming is used to establish a model for distributing stock materials between suppliers.
