Clinical study of Janpi Qingre Huayu therapy on treating elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and pathological changes of gastric mucosa

Objective: To treat the elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis by Janpi Qingre Huayu therapy, and to investigate the causes of pathological changes in gastric mucosa. Methods: 100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected in our hospital, they were randomly divided into two groups, the patients in the test group were treated with Jianpiqingrehuayu assay, while in the control group were treated with Weifuchun, 50 patients in each group. Results: To analyze the effect, the treatment effect of experimental group was higher than that of control group. The difference has statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion: Jianpi Qingre Huayu therapy can effectively restore the morphology of gastric mucosa gland senile chronic atrophic gastritis patients, improve the therapeutic effect, has the value of clinical application.
