Integrative Medicine efficacy in patients with nephrotic syndrome and renal blood flow parameters and hemorheology

Objective To observe the combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of nephrotic syndrome and its effect on renal blood flow and blood rheology parameters learning effects.Methods 120 patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,control group,60 were treated with conventional Western medicine treatment,the treatment group,60 cases in the control group used traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of oral treatment.Group 2 are 7d as a course,four months after treatment and its effect on renal blood flow statistical parameters and hemorheology.Results The total effective rate was 86.7% in the control group,the total effective rate was 76.7%,2 group,the total effective rate was significantly(P0.05),treatment group than the control group.2 After treatment Vmax,Vmin and RI compared with this group before treatment was significantly(P0.05),after treatment Vmax,Vmin were increased;RI lower than before treatment(P0.05).2 After treatment,blood rheology and the group before treatment differences were statistically significant(P0.05),lower than before treatment indicators.All patients during treatment had no adverse reaction,according to course of treatment is completed.Conclusion The combination therapy of nephrotic syndrome is effective,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of renal function,lower blood viscosity,and non-toxic side effects,drug safe and convenient,worthy of clinical application.
