Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effectiveness of granisetron for nausea and vomiting caused by tumor chemotherapy.[WTHZ]Methods: Thirty-eight cases with malignancy receiving combination chemotherapy were divided at random into 2 groups(with granisetron or metoclopramide). The antiemetic efficacy was compared between the 2 groups. Results: Granisetron was superior to metoclopramide in the prevention of nausea and vomiting with significant difference($P$0.05).Conclusion: Granisetron is a good choice of drug in the prevention of nausea and vomiting caused by tumor chemotherapy.
