Cultural Transmission: Consideration about Collegiate System for Student Management Mode in Domestic Universities and Colleges

Draw lessons from Chinese traditional academy and the university of British and American residential college system,that domestic universities set up Double Functional college as an undergraduate managerial mode has emerged. The development of this system need a process,which is difficult to internalize at outside in the domestic universities implementation. Therefore,we could better it from three aspects:change plane Management idea,and insist on three-dimensional education; discard formalism,and put system in place; perfect participation mechanism,and strengthen students' democratic autonomy.
