Implementing Quality Project and Improving Teaching Quality

Higher education has experienced rapid development with large scale,and,according to the requirement of scientific development,its focus must be put on the raising of quality.In order to implement quality project,the State Ministry of Education issued two documents requiring to raise teaching quality of undergraduates in 2007.The teaching-centered practice is the principle that all colleges and universities should stick to.To have the quality project well implemented,it is necessary and important to strengthen the construction of the organization and the system of teaching management,better the organization system and standardize teaching conduct,take the needs of society as a guide,strengthen the course development,adjust the course structure and develop well-known courses and disciplines.The first priority in carrying out the quality project is deepening the reform of teaching and education,attaching great importance to practice teaching,strengthening teaching management and improving administrative level.
