Abstract

The quality project is an important action to put out for improving the teaching quality after our country's higher education enters the mass high education stage.To carry on the quality project well,improve the teaching quality of high education conscientiously,the university must adhere to the scientific development view,construct the guarantee system of the education and teaching quality,and participate in the national platform construction of education quality actively,then establish the foundation for improving education and teaching quality.
