Abstract
Harvesting of forest resources management system plays an important role in promoting sustainable forest management,protecting the interests of forest managers,and the effective protection of forest resources.The current harvesting forest management laws and regulations are viewed as a top-down,structured organic whole.This article summarizes the main laws and regulations of the current harvesting of forest resources management policy,analyzes the background changes in harvesting of the forest resources management system and some existing problems in harvesting of the forest resources management policies from aspect of protecting the interests of manager,policy forms and promoting sustainable forest management.On this basis,the reform strategy of the harvesting of forest resources management policy is proposed.
