The clinical effects of shenshuaining capsule combined with hemodialysis treatment in of chronic renal failure

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects of shengshuaining capsule combined with hemodialysis treatment in chronic renal failure,and provide some knowledge for the rational use of drugs.METHODS 56 cases of chronic renal failure patients were divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with hemosialysis.And the treatment group was added with four shenshuaining capsules each time,three times a day.The clinical symptoms,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine clearance rate and hemoglobin were investigated after three months.RESULTS There was no significant difference between treatment group and control group in clinical symptoms before treatment,and the two groups were comparable.The serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen of both groups were significantly decreased after treatment.The creatinine clearance rate and hemoglobin of both groups were significant increased after treatment.And the serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen of treatment group was lower than that of control group.The creatinine clearance rate and hemoglobin of treatment group was higher than that of control group.The total efficiecy of treatment group was higher than that of control group.And all the differences were significant.CONCLUSION Shenshuaining capsule combined with hemodislysis was better than hemodislysis alone in treatment of chronic renal failure;Shenshuaining capsule could be used as an auxiliary drug and combined with hemodialysis in treatment of chronic renal failure.
