Abstract
Objective To analysis the therapeutic effect of percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage(PTCD)for the patients with malignant obstructive jaundice. Methods 98 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice were randomly divided into two groups.Interventional therapy group(observation group) 68 patients, laparotomy group(control group)30 patients. To observe the clinical efficacy and complications. Results After treatment, serum total bilirubin level decreased significantly, but the control group was higher than that of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The average length of hospitalization of interventional treatment group were less than those of operation drainage group(P0.05).Conclusion Interventional treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and shorten hospital stay with the low incidence of adverse reactions, which is the preferred method for nresectable malignant obstructive jaundice.
