Abstract
In order to better control the medicinal quality of P.emblica, contents of gallic acid and quercetin using a method for simultaneous determination gallic acid and quercetin in P.emblica by HPLC,determination of gallic acid and quercetin in P.emblica for different producing areas. The results show that: HPLC,determination gallic acid and quercetin respectively showed good linearity(r = 0.999 3,r = 0.999 7) in the range of 1.32~23.1 μg、0.05~1.00 μg,gallic acid average recovery was 101.96%,RSD= 1.99%,quercetin average recovery was 99.51%,RSD=2.07%.The methed is simple, accurate and good in reproducibility.Determination of gallic acid and quercetin in P.emblica difference for different producing areas.
