Abstract

Different extracting methods were employed in extracting anthraquinones contents in Aloe and the contents of general anthraquinones,combining state anthraquinones and free state anthraquinones were determined by different spectrophotometric methods.The results show that the precision,stability,repetition and recovery are good and the method is simply applied.
