Abstract

To contrast four extract methods of anthraquinones component of Cassia tora L, anthraquinones were determined by using UV spectrophotometry method. Results showed that anthraqiunones component have a good linearily in the concentration range of 0.865~25.937 mg/L (r=0.9998). The average recovery is 101.7% with RSD of 0.35%, and an easily, accurate anthraquinones component content determination method has been established.
