Analysis of fetal chromosomal karyotyp and etiology in 100 cases with early habitual abortion.

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the relationship between fetal chromosomal karyotype and early habitual abortion,and study the effect of the environmental factors involved in habitual abortion.Methods:The study group was consisted of 100 women with early habitual abortion.The control group was consisted of 40 women with normal pregnancies.We used their chorion to analyse the chromosome karyotype,meanwhile question protocol were specially used in the above cases,the results were statistically analyzed.Results:The rate of the abnormal chorion chromosome in study group was 53.00%,significantly higher than in the control group(10.00%).Among 53 cases with karyotype disorder,27 cases of trisomy syndrome take 50.94% of the cases.The female exposed factor such as long time and low dose radiation,passive smoking seem to be related with habitual abortion.Conclusion: Abnormal chorion chromosome is a main reason of early habitual abortion.Environmental factors might play a role in the pathogenesis of habitual abortion.
