Abstract
Objective To investigate the resistant genes of beta-lactam antibiotics and class 1 integron from clinical isolates of imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA).MethodsAntimicrobial susceptibilities were evaluated by disk diffusion test(K-B method)in twenty-six isolates of imipenem-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa.Beta-lactam antibiotics and class 1 integron genes(intⅠ1 and qacE1-sul1genes)carried on imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected by PCR method. Results Results of susceptiblity test showed that the sensitive rates of the 26 strains imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosas to polymyxin B,cefoperazone/sulbactam,piperacillin,piperacillin/tazobactam,ceftazidime,amikacin were 100.00%,61.54%,61.54%,65.39%,30.77%,and 50.00%,respectively.The resistant rate to sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim was 100%.The positive rate of beta-lactam antibiotics and class 1 integron genes qacE1-sul1,OprD2 defect,TEM,OXA-10,VIM,SPM,VEB,SHV were 92.31%,46.15%,42.31%,26.92%,11.76%,7.69%,7.69%,7.69%,respectively.IMP,GIM,PER,GES,CARB,DHA,CTX-M and intⅠ1 genes were not detected. Conclusion PA of our hospital resistant to imipenem is mainly related with class 1 integron genes and OprD2 gene lack mutation.
