Abstract

OBJECTIVE Through serial analysis of the characteristics of antimicrobial resistance and the related gene of class Ⅰ integron of the Imipenem-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa(IMPRPa).METHODS MIC tests were performed to detect the antibiotic resistance status in clinic IMPRPa isolates that had been identified by Vitek-2.The correlated genes of classⅠ integrase gene(intⅠ)was detected by PCR method and confirmed by sequencing.RESULTS The drug resistance to commonly used antibiotic of IMPRPa was very strong and their multidrug-resistance phenomenon was terribly serious.The positive ratio of class Ⅰ integrase was 69.4%.In IMPRPa strains,the gene was detected of 85.2%.Among the non-IMPRPa strains,the positive ratio of intⅠ was 26.7%.CONCLUSION IMPRPa has strong drug-resistance to common antibiotics,and the multidrug-resistance is serious.ClassⅠ integron of the Imipenem-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa is closely correlated to multidrug-resistance of Imipenem.
