Health Status of Urban Middle School Students in Jilin City

Abstract

Objective To explore the students' health status in middle and high school students in order to carry out school health.Methods 14 479 students on the health research data were statistically analyzed and compared in 2006.Results Malnutrition rate was 3.36%,obesity rate was 23.48%,caries rate was 23.44% rate,vision lower rate was 80.54%.The rates of malnutrition,caries and obesity decreased,and rate of low vision increased in 2010.Conclusion Health status of middle and high school students has improved,but prevention and control of poor eyesight can not be ignored.
