Abstract
Creative treason falls into two types: faithful treason and treasonous creation.Their creativity shows the translator's subjective effort to approach and reproduce the original with his or her artistic creative ability.Treason reflects the objective deviation of translations from the original due to the translator's efforts to make a certain wish come true.The subject of creative treason is the translator.The reader and the accepting context are irrelevant.
