Abstract
Objective To understand the status and trend of drug resistance of rnultidrug-resistance pulmonary tuberculosis during treatment. Methods The drug resistance between the first and last drug sensitivity test was compared in 185 multidrug-resistance pulmonary tuberculosis patients before and after treatment. Results In this group of 185 patients with initial drug resistance rate was 23.78%,acquired drug resistance rate was 76.22%;the initial multi-drug resistant rate of 14.05%,acquired multi-drug resistant rate of 61.08%.Conclusion For the multidrug-resistance pulmonary tuberculosia patients, the supervision of drug resistance can play practical significance in anti-tuberculosis treatment before and during the treatment.
