Abstract

Research power and level of basic sciences is an important index in evaluating the innovative capability of a region and a higher institution.This article makes an investigation of the essays published by Henan University based on SCI,SSCI,AHCI from 2001-2010 by using the platform of Web of Knowledge from the following aspects: numbers and types of essays,sources of publications,disciplines,cooperators,authors,citation frequency and financial aids.The author is aiming at promulgating the present situation of the discipline researches by Henan University so as to provide reference basis of the natural science researches,social science researches and teaching researches for the university.
