"Perfect" and "Gentle"——On the Aesthetic Thought of Confucius

Abstract

This paper discusses the aesthetic ideas of Confucius.Its ideological basis for the philosophy of benevolence start to differentiate and analyze the teaching of poetry,music to teach literature and art as the center concept,Xing,Guan,Qun,Yuan said,and do good and make beautiful aesthetic ideal,analyzed the gentle in aesthetic state with the mean to an aesthetic.
