Abstract
Objective To investigate the inhibition of Λ-WH0402 on the proliferation and migration of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC) by MTT and migration assay.Methods Λ-WH0402 was diluted to a series of different concentrations including 0.625,1.25,2.5,5,10,20,40 and 80 μg/mL.HUVEC cells were treated with different dosages of Λ-WH0402 at 0.312,0.625 and 1.25 μg/mL.The inhibition of Λ-WH0402 on HUVEC cells migration was measured by migration assay.Results The inhibition rate of Λ-WH0402 on the proliferation and migration of HUVEC cells increased significantly in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion Λ-WH0402 can inhibit the proliferation and migration of HUVEC cells.
