Therapeutic effect of desloratadine plus compoud glycyrrhizin in treatment of chronic urticaria

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of desloratadine plus compoud glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria.METHODS 254 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,one(treatment group) with desloratadine plus compoud glycyrrhizin and the other(control group) with ebastine.RESULTS The total effective rates were 89.2% for treatment group and 71.8% for control group(P0.01),significant difference existed.CONCLUSIONS Desloratadine plus compoud glycyrrhizin is effective in treating chronic urticaria,and worth to use in clinical.
