Abstract
S Objective TO investigate effects against free radicals and anti-aging of“National pits·1573.Methods A mice model of sub-acute aging was induced by continuous subcutaneous injecting D-galactose; the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and the malondialdehyde(MDA) content in serum ,brain and liver tissue were measured by means of chemical chromatometry. Results The sub-acute aging in mice given with 58°、45°、38°“National pits·1573 compared to not given, the SOD activity in serum ,brain and liver tissue were increased, and MDA content were decreased. Conclusions“National pits·1573 may play an effective role in preventing the aging induced by D-galactose.
