Clinical Observation of patients with Ulcerative Colitis (Damp-heat Down Type) Treated by Jia Wei Baitouweng Decoction

Abstract

Objective: To discuss the effective treatment method to ulcerative colitis(Damp-heat down type).Method: We treated 60 cases of inpatients and outpatients by taking Jia Wei Baitouweng Decoction orally. Then we observed its clinical efficacy. Result: The total effective rate was 98.3%,and the cure rate was 63.3%.Conclusion:The treatment effect of Jia Wei Baitouweng Decoction to ulcerative colitis(Damp-heat down type)was obvious. The decoction was economic, convenient and applicable.
