Curative Effect Observation of Self Kuijie Decoction in the Treatment of 30 Ulcerative Colitis

Objective: To investigate the Chinese medicine treatment on chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis. Methods: 58 cases of the patients with ulcerative colitis were were divided into two groups. The anus in 30 cases of the experimental group were dripped Kuijie Decoction; the anus in 28 cases of the control group were dripped 0. 03 L / mL suspl ofsulfasalazine powder plus physiological saline. Results: The effective rate was totally 96. 7% in the treatment group; the rate of short-term curation and its efficiency hospital was higher than the control group( 89. 3%). There was a statistically significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusions: The curative effect of Self Kuijie Decoction in the treatment of 58 ulcerative colitis is satisfactory with small side effect on human bodies. The treatment effect of chronic ulcerative colitis is better. The method is worth dinical promoting in basic level.
