Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis of endometrial polyps

Objective:To evaluate transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps in the clinical application.Methods:Endometrial polyps of patients with clinically suspected by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial polyps,and to explore the endometrial polyp on transvaginal ultrasound sonographic features.Results: All patients with endometrial polyps were pathologically confirmed benign lesions.One single polyp 30 cases,28 cases of multiple polyps,polyps l ~ 45mm in diameter,with an average l4 ± 3.6mm.5 cases of misdiagnosis in this group,accounting for 8.62%,3 cases of missed diagnosis,accounting for 5.17%,the detection rate was 86.2%.Conclusions: Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial polyps is a one of the most simple checks,direct contact with the ultrasonic probe target organ,the image is clear,and quickly detected,thereby improving the diagnostic rate,to provide for the clinical more reliable information.
