Abstract
With the further development of China's legal system, the professionalization of laws has become inevitable for the development of legal professionalism. However, there are still many issues needs discussion. In particular, the legal personnel's lack of professional ethics has hindered a further development of China's rule of law.How to solve such problems has already been on the agenda of legal system construction. The clinical legal education can not only strengthen law students' practical skills but also cultivate their subjective spirit, sense of responsibility and attitude to service, and these are precisely the qualities of which legal practitioners at China's present stage are lacking.
