Abstract
A qualified legal person is in need of legal professional ethics which should become an important part of legal education. As a practical legal education model, Clinical legal education has a unique mechanism that stimulates the development of the legal profession ethics education. The legal clinics education is conducive to the formation of legal professional ethics which once formed it will have a relative stability. Clinical legal education can stimulate students 'compassion and moral sentiments which helps to make the soul be sublimated. We should adhere to the balance of both ability of education and ethics education, and also recruit outstanding teachers and create scientific evaluation system
