Abstract
Objective Application of hyperlipidemia atorvastatin and simvastatin pharmacological effects controls for analysis. Methods Data were randomly selected from June 2010 June 2013 in our hospital for treatment of 126 patients without hyperlipidemia, patients were divided into two groups. 63 patients in the control group gave simvastatin, and study group received atorvastatin therapy, analyzing clinical treatment effect, lipid changes and adverse reactions. Results After treatment of various solutions, the total effective rate of study group was 98.4% in, and the total effective rateof control group was 85.7%. The difference was statistical significant(P 0.05); comparing two groups of patients lipid profile after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05); adverse reactions were 6.3% in the study group, and control group was 9.5%, and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion The effect of atorvastatin was more pronounced than simvastatin in treating hyperlipidemia.
